This page explains how Emmanuel Christopher, building TrustOps, handles readiness-review applications.

What you submit

The form collects your name, work email, company, and any optional information you provide about your website, team size, infrastructure, and reason for requesting a review. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive infrastructure evidence.

How it is used and stored

Applications are stored in Cloudflare D1 and used to assess fit, contact you, and discuss a possible review. They are not added to a marketing mailing list. Application details, including any description of what is blocked or delayed, are also sent through Resend to the operator’s contact inbox as an email notification.

Site analytics and browser storage

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate page views, visits, referrers, device/browser information, and page-performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals. Visits to the thank-you page help assess the application flow; analytics does not receive the application fields. There are no advertising pixels, session recordings, or heatmaps.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage to measure traffic, or fingerprint individuals. Separately, this site saves your light/dark preference in your browser’s localStorage when you change it. You can remove that preference by clearing this site’s browser storage. Technical request data

Cloudflare processes request metadata to deliver and protect this website. The form uses your connection’s IP address for short-lived rate limiting. Application contents and IP addresses are not written to application logs or stored as IP fields in the leads database.

Access, retention, and deletion

Applications are accessible to the operator through authenticated Cloudflare tooling. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing consulting@krissemmy.com. Application records are kept while evaluating or discussing a review and are reviewed for removal when no longer needed. Deletion is handled manually; there is no automated retention schedule yet.

Infrastructure access is separate

Submitting this form does not grant access to your systems. Any review scope, access procedures, evidence handling, and retention terms will be agreed before access is granted.
