SECURITY READINESS FOR SMALL B2B TEAMS

Know what enterprise customers will flag before they flag it.

A bigger customer sent a security review. Know which answers you can prove, where the gaps are, and what to fix before you respond.

Read-only where possible.Evidence over assumptions. No fake compliance score.

Now: founder-led reviews with Emmanuel Christopher. Next: connected evidence.

that come with bigger customers.

01 / ACCESSWho has production access?
02 / RECOVERYHave you tested your backups?

01 / THE MOMENT IT GETS REAL

The deal is moving.
Then the questionnaire arrives.

Your first serious security review usually arrives with a sales opportunity.

A bigger customer asks how you protect their data. Your team knows how the infrastructure works. But are the answers documented, verified, and still true?

The hard part isn’t filling in the answers.
It’s knowing you can stand behind them.

03Are backups tested?
04Do you retain audit logs?

02 / FROM CONFIGURATION TO CONFIDENCE

A clear path from
“we think” to “here’s the evidence.”

The methodology starts with a hands-on review today. Planned integrations will automate evidence collection over time.

  1. 01

    Connect

Start with the systems you already use. The intended integrations use read-only access wherever possible.

    Provider APIs
  2. 02

    Check

Inspect actual configuration with deterministic rules. No LLM guessing whether you’re secure.

    Observed configuration
  3. 03

    Fix

Understand what matters, why it matters, and the practical next step your team can take.

    Prioritized findings
  4. 04

    Prove

Keep reusable evidence for customer questionnaires, internal reviews, and later compliance work.

    Traceable evidence

Connect the systems you already use. Prepare for customer reviews without starting with expensive enterprise GRC software.

03 / KNOW WHAT TO FIX FIRST

Less ambiguity.
A concrete next step.

A finding should tell you what was observed, which resource is affected, and what to do about it. Explore this illustrative report.

04 / A SOURCE BEHIND EVERY ANSWER

Evidence,
not AI guesses.

Configuration is observable. Security claims should be traceable. When there’s no evidence, the honest answer is “unknown.”

TrustOps should never invent an answer just because it sounds plausible.

06 / RIGHT-SIZED READINESS

Built for the stage
before you hire a security team.

A good fit

  • 3–30 person B2B SaaS, API, or AI teams
  • A founder or CTO still owns infrastructure
  • You’re selling into bigger organizations
  • You’ve received a vendor-security questionnaire
  • SOC 2 is on the horizon, but real gaps come first

Probably not a fit

  • Large enterprise security organizations
  • Teams looking for an auditor or certification provider
  • Companies seeking a penetration test

07 / FOUNDER-LED DESIGN PARTNER REVIEWS

Bring the review.
Find the evidence.

Don’t let unanswered security questions hold up your next deal.

I personally work through your customer’s security review and the infrastructure behind your answers. We identify what you can prove, what needs confirmation, and what should be fixed first.

Leave with evidence, prioritized gaps, and practical guidance for a defensible customer response. This is a founder-led service today; automated integrations are still planned.

What you receive

  • Infrastructure & security readiness assessment
  • Prioritized findings: what matters before you respond
  • An inventory of supporting evidence
  • Support preparing your customer security-review response

BUILT BY

Emmanuel Christopher

Cloud Platform / DevOps Engineer

3+ years operating production infrastructure for startups, including infrastructure security and SOC 2 Type II readiness work.

Hands-on work across production access controls, AWS hardening, backup and database recovery, and compliance evidence collection.

This product comes from doing that work. Readiness reviews are not security audits or certifications.

08 / CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Still have a question?
Get in touch

Is this a SOC 2 audit?

No. The review helps identify gaps and collect evidence. Formal SOC 2 examinations must be handled by qualified independent auditors.

Does this make us SOC 2 compliant?

No. Automated infrastructure checks alone cannot establish compliance. Readiness work can help you understand gaps before engaging formal compliance tooling or an auditor.

Do you need write access to our infrastructure?

The intended model is read-only access wherever possible. During the manual review, access scope and procedures are agreed with you first. Any future action that could modify infrastructure must be explicitly approved by you.

Is this another vulnerability scanner?

No. The focus is broader operational and security readiness: infrastructure configuration, development workflows, access, backups, and evidence. This is not a penetration test.

Can this replace Vanta or Drata?

Not necessarily. This is for earlier-stage teams that need to understand and improve their actual infrastructure posture. You may later use formal GRC software or an auditor alongside the evidence collected here.

What happens to our infrastructure data?

In this manual design-partner phase, we agree on scope, data access, handling, retention, and deletion before access is granted. The application form does not connect to your infrastructure. Please do not submit credentials or sensitive evidence through it.
